CRRC Times Electric Co., Ltd. (referred to as CRRC Times Electric) is a joint-stock company under CRRC Corporation Limited. Its predecessor and parent company, CRRC Zhuzhou Institute Co., Ltd., was founded in 1959. 

CRRC Times Electric is based in Zhuzhou and has successfully extended its reach beyond the railway tracks. It was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on December 20, 2006 (stock code: 3898) and on the STAR Market of the Shanghai Stock Exchange on September 7, 2021 (stock code: 688187).
